Syntace, the maker of high end German components has added two new
distributors for 2012 further expanding the availability of the brand to
the US market. Syntace, which for the last year has distributed
exclusively through Quality Bicycle Parts (QBP), has added Bicycle
Technologies International (BTI) and The Hawley company. Both
distributors will offer a full range of Mountain, Road and Tri

be working with three very respected distributors in the industry to
give Syntace broader availability to dealers,” said Kenny Roberts, owner
and General Manager of Juniper Action Strategies, the US agency for
Syntace.

Juniper Action Strategies / Syntace USA will continue to
offer customer, warranty and tech support for the brand out of its new

year warranty which is offered on all Syntace products. Syntace USA,
which also sells dealer direct, carries a full range of products for its
employee purchase program as well as small parts and accessories that
other distributors may not carry. “We want to take care of the customer
and give consumers what they want even if it’s a just a few pieces of a
particular product a year”, explained Roberts. “For example, we’ll carry
the super high end Number Nine pedals which none of our distributors
offer yet, but we get a number of requests for throughout the year”.
Syntace USA also has a Shopatron site
in order to further help build it’s dealer base and offer dealers
another way to capitalize on the growing interest in the brand.

Juniper
Action Strategies / Syntace USA has also started importing the
Liteville brand of bikes making it the first time that the storied
German brand has been available to the US Market. Liteville, which was
developed by and is owned by Syntace, will offer two frames to the US
