Interbike Announces Consumer Access Plan on Monday

Comments => I don’t have the full details on this new program, but
it sounds like a can of worms to me. As it is, I can’t get enough face
time with vendors and PR people to go over current and future products,
and adding a new crop of gawkers to the mess sounds like a bad idea? Maybe make Friday a day that these people could attend?
I know that the general public is the end group for all the work
(reviews, testing, etc.) that I do as a media person, but it just feels
as though it will complicate things? Thoughts?

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif. – November 20, 2012 – Interbike, the
largest bicycle industry trade show in North America, plans to announce
the details behind a new initiative to allow bicycle enthusiasts access
to the long time B2B only trade show. Access for bicycle enthusiasts
will be granted through a new retailer invitation program – details of
which to be explained via conference call on Monday, November 26, 2012.
