Denon Exercise Freak Wireless Headphones

by Brian Mullin on May 24, 2013

those summer rides and adventures in the backcountry, Denon has a
perfect solution with the Exercise Freak wireless headphones, which
retails for $149. The headphones converse to your smartphone or mobile
device wirelessly via Bluetooth 3.0. The lightweight and sweat-proof
system uses articulating ear buds, an integrated amplifier, a
rechargeable 7-hour battery and anti-microbial ear tips in small, medium
and large sizes. It has integrated controls for wireless control of
Bluetooth audio devices, and an integrated microphone, so you can answer
calls, adjust volume and start and pause music.

I like that
the ear buds fit somewhat loosely, so that it should allow a decent
degree of ambient noise to be heard. I am looking forward to testing
these out on mountain bikes rides, and seeing how they perform in that
rough and tough world.
