Zuke's Power Bones

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy the great outdoors with your dog! But just like us, our pooches need sustenance to get them through the season of hiking, swimming and camping. Give your dog something to wag about with Power Bones. Power Bones were the first Zuke’s treat created back in 1995 and are still the perfect treat to keep your pooch energized and ready for adventure. No need to worry about your four-legged running partner giving up before you do, feed him Power Bones and keep the fun going.

Developed in 1995 to provide quality nutrition to canine athletes, Zuke’s Power Bones (a conscious play on PowerBar) are loaded with pure protein and superfood carbohydrates to support strong muscles and peak performance. Tasty chicken, beef and fresh peanut butter are combined with apples, carrots and sweet potatoes. In addition, cherries, coconut oil, rosemary and turmeric provide antioxidants to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Grams Thoughts => Sort of a tough review since my dog doesn’t give any verbal feedback on things. I tried each of the three flavors (Chicken, Beef, Peanut Butter) they sent me and she enjoyed each one though I thought the Peanut Butter might throw her for a loop. She gobbled them all down and even though she can be a picky eater, she is still a dog and will eat most anything remotely eatable. They must be tastier than usual since she ate them pretty quickly without even a taste test before snarfing them down. She was also highly interested in the bags afterwards and followed me around the house requesting more treats. I am glad that all the main ingredients are natural and full of good things for her.  I’ll take her on some adventures and see if they help her old body and bones to be more energized on the outing. And of course, made is the US!
