RockShox Announces the new Reverb Stealth and Reverb

RockShox has done a wholesale re-engineering on the internals of the Reverb and Reverb Stealth dropper posts for improved performance and reliability.

The redesigns include new SKF internal floating piston, improved performance and durability, increased bushing overlap, and new dedicated post length per travel length. This post length per travel length design change means the 340mm long post is dedicated to only the 100mm of travel and the 390mm for the 125mm, etc.

The Reverb Stealth will come in monstrous 150mm and 170mm of travel lengths which will be ideal for the longer travel bikes.

The Reverb Stealth will retail for $471 and come in 340mm length/100mm travel, 390mm length/125mm travel, 400mm length/150mm travel, and 480mm length/170mm travel, with post diameters of 30.9mm, 31.6mm, and 34.9mm, all with zero offsets. The Reverb will retail for $400 and come in 340mm length/100mm travel and 390mm length/125mm travel, with post diameters of 30.9mm, 31.6mm, and 34.9mm. Look for them in the June time frame.

PRESS RELEASE

NEW GUTS, NEW GLORY

Don’t let its familiar good looks fool you—Reverb is a whole new weapon. Its internals have been completely reengineered to improve on its already legendary performance and to offer enhanced reliability: all the smallest details, down to the single seal, have been re-evaluated and updated to pass the hardest and longest durability tests. Additional bushing overlap also improves performance over time, while new 150- and 170-millimeter travel options are available to tame even the gnarliest of descents. This is the brand-new Reverb, engineered for the next-generation mountain biker.
