JoeBlow Twin Turbo

The JoeBlow lineup of floor pumps has provided some innovative new units over the last year, including the Booster tubeless tire pump and the Dualie pump with a dual high and low-pressure gauges. The brand new Twin Turbo utilizes a dual chamber system, and the up stroke moves a massive amount of air volume from the larger barrel into the smaller barrel, while the down stroke compresses the smaller barrel to provide high-pressure output to fill a tire. The technology can supposedly save up to 40% of your time and effort when filling a tire. The Twin Turbo also an all metal SmartHead DX1 pump head with an air release button and extra long hose, along with an updated is the 3-inch top mount analog gauge.

Bikepacking Bags

Their new backpacking series includes four bags, the TopLoader, the MidLoader, the BackLoader and FrontLoader which will hold the various equipment needed for any bike adventure and tour that your riding endeavors might require. They took the typical form and function that bikepacking bags need and added a dash of elegance and style.

Frontloader

The $89.95 FrontLoader is a handlebar mounted bikepacking bag that offers a large 8-liter capacity and would be perfect for light and bulky items like sleeping bags, camping gear, and spare clothing. It’s made with lightweight, durable and highly water resistant polyethylene and nylon material. The bag attaches with serrated quick release mounts and has external straps to attach additional gear. It has an included waterproof bag that keeps the contents dry and has a built-in air release button to compact everything.

Toploader

The $39.95 TopLoader top tube mounted bikepacking bag that offers a 0.75-liter capacity with easy access to energy bars, phone, wallet, tools or any small essential gear they need close at hand. The bags straps attach to the top tube and stem/headtube, though it could also be positioned under the saddle. It includes an integrated and hidden pull-out rain cover to protect the bags contents.

Midloader

The MidLoader sit inside the frames triangle and comes in a 3-liter ($59.95) and 4.5-liter ($69.95) capacity versions. The integrated design allows the bag to fit in a variety of frame shapes and sizes. It utilizes the unused frame space and would be ideal for tools and smaller gear, like a rain jacket. It mounts with hook and loop fastener system which makes it easy and quick to take the bag on and off. It has two water-resistant zippered openings on either side that provide easy access to your gear.

Backloader

The BackLoader is a large saddle bag that attaches to the saddle rails and the seatpost and comes in a 6-liter ($99.95) and 10-liter ($109.95) capacity versions. It mounts with hook and loop fastener system which makes it easy and quick to take the bag on and off. It has an included waterproof inner bag that keeps the contents dry and has a built-in air release button to compact everything. The mounting system works with the compressions straps to help stabilize the load and prevent any issues with swaying. The roll top closure system assists loading larger gear and for safety is has a blinky light clip.

Bikamper

The $259.95 Bikamper is a three-season one-person tent, and although it has been out since 2006, they revamped the system this year to be compatible with 29-inch tires and 15mm thru-axles. The shelter uses the front wheel to hold up one end of the tent, while the handlebars and saddle (for the fly) take care of the other end. The 3.25-pound tent uses ripstop nylon for the body with three mesh panels for ventilation, and the fly uses the waterproofed materials for protection from the elements.

Fastfuel Tribag

The FastFuel TriBag is a low profile top tube bag that attaches to the top and the stem/headtube and comes in a .6-lier and .7 liter size. I think the smaller size would be perfect for mountain biking as it keeps smaller items right at your fingertips and wouldn’t necessitate having to take your hydration pack off to grab things. The top mounted zipper provides quick and easy access to energy bars, smartphone, wallet, tools or any small essential gear.
