Orange Seal
Orange Seal makes a line of tubeless tires sealants (4oz, 8oz, 16oz sizes), tubeless tapes, tubeless kits and tubeless valve kits. The great sealant comes in a distinctive orange coloration and can seal punctures up to 1/4″ in size. They were showing off their highly functional VersaValve valve kit system and the Sealant bottles with an upgraded injection system. Probably the most refreshing product is top secret and will be coming out once further beta testing, and QA/QC has been completed, but it’s sure to be a terrific aid in keep you operational on the trail.
VersaValve
VersaValve consists of a valve stem with a large, sturdy base plate that can be fitted with differently shaped rubber grommets. The large base plate ensures solid contact with the rim bed, and the adaptable grommets provide an airtight fit on all shapes and depths of a rim.
VersaValve will work on most rims: mountain, road or CX. Grommets are easily replaceable, and the various stem lengths mean valve extenders are no longer necessary on deep section wheels.
Comes in four lengths (32mm, 48mm, 60mm, 80mm) and six colors for lock nuts (Orange, Black, Red, Blue, Pink, Green) and retails for $23.99.
Sealant W/Inj System
Your tubeless wheels will benefit from the use of Orange Seal Tubeless Tire Sealant. It is proven to seal large punctures up to 1/4″ and perform under varying temperatures and altitudes. Orange Seal Tubeless Tire Sealant is compatible with most bike tire systems and is eco-friendly. It comes in Endurance and Regular formula in 4 oz and 8 oz sizes. The filler tube allows injecting sealant directly into a valve after the core is removed.
They upgraded their Injection System this year for easy sealant injection with a new separate and integrated top cap that’s only for the injection step. It comes with a long plastic poker that helps clean out the filler tube after injecting sealant.
The plastic poker can also be used to clean out the center of the valve to prevent it from getting clogged up during use.
