Osprey has a slew of new and upgraded products for the Winter show, including the Radial and Metron bike commuting packs, the Transporter carry-ons (wheeled and bags) and packs, the Farpoint/Fairview Trek and Wheeled pack, and lastly the Kamber/Kresta ski and snowboard packs.

Bike Commute

Bike commuting is no longer an obscure mode of transportation pursued by your eccentric officemates. For urban city dwellers, it’s often a more economical and quicker option than sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic for hours to make a ten-mile trip; frankly, it’s the new normal. In response to growing demand, we’ve developed unique options that accommodate both hardcore Strava-using commuting junkies as well as rolled-up-pant-leg urbanites. We provide the best fit and function on the market so that no matter how you ride, you’ll ride better with Osprey.

Metron

The Metron Series accommodates urban bike commuters who need a comfortable pack that includes subtle technical features with an aesthetic that matches their own. You’ll find safety-focused features like a high-visibility raincover to stay seen, safe and dry, hidden LidLock helmet carry, padded laptop sleeve, and organization for your gear. StraightJacket compression provides the flexibility to reduce volume and stabilize smaller loads, and all of these features plus our AirScape backpanel and unique styling make the Metron more than just a bike pack.

Radial

Intentional design is intelligent design, and bike commuters need to be ready to handle anything as they travel through town. The Radial provides commute-specific features like a high-visibility raincover and organization for electronics and bike gear. Offering more than the competition, we also include an AirSpeed backpanel for enhanced ventilation, a comfortable harness that moves as you ride, and the unexpected Kickstand to keep your pack delightfully upright. We the Radial 26 a couple of years back and loved it.

 

Transporter Family

Carry-Ons

The Transporter Carry-On fits the bill for frequent flyers who need one pack to carry them through their journey. They come in a
Wheeled Carry-Ons in 38L and 33L sizes and a Carry-On Bags in 44L and 36L sizes.

Packs

Trek

The Farpoint/Fairview Trek packs are purpose-built for adventure travel that involves extended time on the trail. Featuring our new AirCover, a raincover and luggage protector, plus smart organization that makes it easy to find your gear, a highly-ventilated AirSpeed backpanel and an easily-adjustable suspension for the perfect fit there’s no better option. The packs come in Men’s/Unisex Farpoint (75L and 55L) and Women’s Fairview (70L and 50L). The systems consist of a 50L/45L/40L/35L backpack + 15L detachable daypack, so depending on the model you get a 75L, 70L, 55L or 50L capacity.

Wheeled Travel Pack

Offering the same promise of mobility and freedom as the rest of the Farpoint/Fairview Family, the Wheeled Travel Packs give you a choice between energy-saving wheels or a capable, lightweight suspension when the path forward gets rough. They come in Men’s and Women’s in 65L and 36L sizes, the 65L comes with a 15L detachable daypack.

Kamber/Kresta Family

We’ve cut our packs apart, ripped them into pieces and why? To make sure that we make the best pack out there with the right safety features to ensure you always make it home.

The new Kamber 16L/Kresta 14L is ideal for a day of in-bounds riding. With critical features like ski and snowboard carry for hike-to lines, a scratch-free goggle pocket, an insulated hydration sleeve, enough room for extra layers and gear, and a low-profile silhouette for on-lift safety, they stay true to their roots and offer a new solution in our line. The Men’s/Unisex Kamber comes in 42L, 32L, 22L, and 16L sizes while the Women’s Kresta comes in 40L, 30L, 20L, and 14L.
