Showers Pass

Showers Pass introduces the Crosspoint Flip-Mitt, a winter sports mitten that offers excellent protection from the elements and quick access to fingers.  This is the newest addition to their wildly successful line of Crosspoint All-Weather Accessories already beloved by runners, cyclists, hikers and other outdoor enthusiasts for staying dry in the worst weather conditions.

The Crosspoint Flip-Mitt features a unique magnetic gasket closure that quickens access to fingertips, making it the most dexterous snow mitten around.  Ultralight synthetic insulation adds warmth while a merino wool lining wicks moisture away from the skin, so fingers stay dry and comfortable. An outer layer of ArtexTM waterproof-breathable fabric resists light rain and slushy snow.   The rubberized palm is highly durable and resists abrasion.

“Our new Flip-Mitt offers a practical solution to cold hands in situations where dexterity is also critical.  We have all seen the sad trail of lost ski gloves while riding chairlifts because people enjoy the use of their devices or need to eat a snack while riding to the top.  The Flip-Mitts provide our customers with the ability to use their devices or adjust their ski boots without removing their gloves completely. We have seen incredible growth in our glove category and are happy to offer this new winter glove suited for adventure seekers who brave the toughest conditions,” says Kyle Ranson, president of Showers Pass. “The Crosspoint Flip-Mitts give skiers, cyclists, and snowsports enthusiasts the best of both worlds: superior warmth and dexterity.”

The Crosspoint Flip-Mitts can be paired with the Crosspoint Liner Gloves for additional warmth or the Crosspoint Waterproof Knit Gloves for a fully waterproof and warm solution to cold, wet hands.

RMU

RMU or Rocky Mountain Underground have their roots in handmade skis in the United States, but they have ventured into ski/snowboard packs and now have a travel pack collection, bike tailgate pads, and a bike pack.

Core Pack 15

They had a very trick hydration bike pack with a slew of features and functions. Its made with rugged, water-resistant materials has a 15-liter capacity, a ventilated back panel, and a helmet sling. The back cover utilizes a boilerplate material for improved toughness, and the top has attachments for carrying your bike on those gnarly hike-a-bike sessions. Additionally, it has dedicated ski carrying straps for biking to the slopes during cross seasons times.

The chief innovation was an integrated removable hip belt that pulls out of its bottom receptacle and can be used as a standalone unit. It has plenty of organizational pockets, slots, and sleeves to hold almost any type of gear along with a dedicated tool pocket.

Küat

Küat was showing off the pricepoint Transfer rack, which comes in 1, 2 and 3-bike sizes, and the functional bike ramp for the NV 2.0 racks which help load heavier bikes including eBikes.

Transfer

Imagine for a moment if you can…for the same cash, you spent on that overhyped, overly complicated hanging style rack, you could get your hands on the Küat Transfer. This budget-friendly beast boasts stout steel construction that won’t leave you hanging.

The Transfer holds your bikes by the wheels – not the frames – to protect your paint. The low tray height takes the strain out of mounting your bikes on the rack, and the pivoting cradles and ratcheting wheel hooks make loading your bikes quicker and easier when compared with a rack that has a center post and frame hooks. A foot pedal lets you tilt the Transfer with bikes loaded for access to your vehicle’s rear cargo area, and lets you fold it up for storage.

A removable sleeve on the shank lets you convert the rack for use with 1-1/4″ hitches. The rack also comes with an anti-rattle device incorporated into the shank to reduce vibration and noise in the hitch for a smooth, quiet ride. Simply tighten the hitch bolt with the included 3/4″ wrench.

  • Fits both 1.25” & 2” receivers (1.25″ 3-bike cannot be used on class 1 hitches)
  • Fits 20-29” tires
  • Holds up to a 4.5” tire (with use of the Phat Bike Kit – sold separately)
