The Swiftwick Pursuit Merino Wool series of socks gets the new Pursuit Ultralight, which is perfect for running, hiking, and cycling. The existing Pursuit Hiker receives a redesign, with the addition of Olefin fiber and new color schemes and prints.
First Impressions => I’ve been wearing the Pursuit Ultralight for a couple of weeks, and they’re comfortable and soft. Even with them being slightly thinner, they still offer enough cushion without being too constricting in a pair of tighter mountain biking shoes. The Merino Wool provides its usual fantastic attributes, including ideal temperature regulation, natural wicking, and outdoor control, and exceptional durability. The Pursuit Hiker, on the other hand, are perfect for roomier hiking boots and shoes, which increased cushion and thickness are ideal. Updates to follow as I get more time using each model.
Pursuit Ultralight
The Pursuit Ultralight is constructed with the lightest weight, fine-gauge Merino Wool, and provides maximum moisture and sweat management. The Pursuit Ultralight wicks moisture and dries quickly, so your feet stay dry and blister-free wherever your adventures take you. The thin, breathable design also features a reinforced heel and toe to maximize durability. It has all the benefits of merino wool but is extremely lightweight, ensuring a great fit in any performance shoe.
The Pursuit Ultralight is ideal for running, hiking, cycling/MTB, golf, or also makes a great everyday lifestyle sock.
