In 2020 adidas 5.10 introduced the Hiangle, specifically built for precision footwork and providing more friction on technical heel hooks, the Hiangle ushered in a new era for adidas 5.10 with critical acclaim. The Hiangle Pro is the latest addition to the Hiangle family, engineered for the most demanding situations, from explosive power to intricate edging and compression moves.

The Hiangle Pro takes on the classic shape of the original Hiangle, offering the same unlined microfiber upper for out-of-the-box comfort and an aggressive downturn shape for support on the steepest terrain. Additionally, the Hiangle Pro is designed to be softer than the original Hiangle and is subsequently the softest climbing shoe in the adidas 5.10 Range.

To maximize performance, the Hiangle Pro is equipped with a package of new innovations. The unique outsole is designed to provide a seamless rubber wrap-around to the top of the toes, maximizing the rubber contact when performing compression moves, without compromising the edging power on small holds. Additionally, the outsole stops at the foot arch, creating a separated heel area that allows for equal pressure application and maximum surface contact. The minimal midsole under the toes offers an ideal balance of stability and sensitivity.
