Press Release

Copper-infused garments provide drug-free pain relief and support for joints and muscles

After spending a long day biking, your mood has probably improved tenfold, but when it comes to your muscles and joints, they are probably begging for some TLC. CopperJoint makes a wide variety of compression garments ranging from sleeves to socks that not only stimulate oxygen delivery to the muscles and augment airflow, but the fabric also contains genuine copper ions that can provide pain relief directly to the area you need it most. CopperJoint compression gear has a no-slip design and never droops or sag even after wearing them for an extended period of time and the garments fit comfortably under clothing.

Muscle and joint pain can stop people from enjoying an active life. The pain and discomfort can make performing jobs and hobbies difficult as well as everyday activities like walking or writing. People often turn to medications or ointments for pain management, but those and many other pain solutions on the market only provide momentary relief. CopperJoint combines compression therapy with the healing power of copper to create premium copper-infused compression garments and supports that provide pain relief directly to the sore joint or muscle and allows the injury to heal from within.

CopperJoint compression garments stimulate oxygen delivery to the muscles and augment airflow, which researchers have shown aids with joint and muscle recovery and supports rejuvenating relief from pain and discomfort. The garments are also infused with genuine copper ions that are known to pull electricity from the damaged nerves in the body, giving the user pain relief and allowing them to perform at their best. CopperJoint products utilize genuine copper ions rather than copper oxide, which many cheaper, less effective products use.

As an added bonus, copper contains antibiofouling (or the prevention of microorganisms accumulating on wetted surfaces) and antimicrobial properties. Embedding copper into the fabric of CopperJoint compression garments helps to keep them odor and germ-free.

CopperJoint garments not only provide optimal articulation and muscle support but never lose compression or effectiveness over time like similar products in the market. They are crafted from breathable and moisture-wicking performance fabric for ultimate comfort and feature an anti-slip design to help prevent the sleeve from rolling, sliding, or slipping off during physical activity.

Perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels, CopperJoint products enhance performance, speed, recovery and provide relief from injury, inflammation, and arthritis. The products are ideal for athletes, active parents, and grandparents as well as workers suffering from chronic pain.

Junk science, and probably an article paid for by the manufacturer. Affiliate link at the least. Still doesn’t overcome the fact that copper does none of the things claimed.

Neil,
We were not paid by the manufacturer and don’t have an affiliate link with them as yet. Currently, we haven’t even got any samples? We found the gear intriguing, so reported on it, nothing more or less. Until we do an impression or review of their system we’ll leave the, ‘does it really work’ in limbo. More than anything it’s the compression capabilities of their products that do most of the work, and we’ll see if the ‘copper infused’ technology is really valid? Snake oil is to be determined.

I can respect the approach to testing you cite, but this post presents a problem. Your banner is at the top of the page, suggesting it’s your material. The very first line says, “Copper-infused garments provide drug-free pain relief and support for joints and muscles.” You haven’t tested it, but it appears that you are making (or at least supporting) a pretty strong claim. If testing is your thing, I would strongly suggest a caveat or warning to the reader when they are being presented with advertising copy from a manufacturer rather than with your opinion or testing results.
