New changes for 2021, Dakota Grizzly, announces its Summer ’21 line complete with fresh branding. Dakota Grizzly, fondly known as “Dakota” for over a decade, will reveal a new mark in its 2021 branding: DKOTA.
The emphasis on the DKOTA portion of the brand’s name was a response to the shorthand that came naturally to customers. The proprietary spelling and custom letterforms, together with the natural pronunciation, became the new brand mark!
The new accompanying “tribal mark” is a reiteration of the double chevron forming the letter “K.” “Our retailers and customers have been calling us “Dakota,” so I guess you could say we’ve been on a first-name basis for years,” explained Rob Rosenblum, Chief Brand Officer, and Co-owner, referring to the brand’s full name Dakota Grizzly. “It was a natural evolution to the new brand mark, DKOTA, emphasizing the wide-open places and spirit of the American West.
With a reputation for products rich in detail and thoughtful refinements, DKOTA Summer of ‘2021 features new fabrics and new summer cuts with an ever-expanding knit offering in tees and signature pullovers.
