The new RockShox Domain is an affordable version of their burly Enduro race-ready Zeb fork. The Domain offers 38mm aluminum stanchions, 150 to 180mm of travel (150/160/170/180), 27.5″ and 29″ wheel sizes, and a 44mm fork offset. The robust single crown Domain is focused on aggressive riders seeking the demanding needs of both MTBs and E-MTBs alike.
It retails for a reasonable $549, and compared to the Zeb it weighs a tad more than 400 grams due to the use of heavier materials and a simpler damper. It features a 20omm minimum rotor size, heavier 6000 series aluminum stanchions, 15 x 110mm bolt-on thru-axle, and 1.5” tapered or 1.8” tapered steerer (OEM).
It uses the Motion Control RC damper with a low-speed compression dial and the DebonAir air spring. You can also upgrade from the flexible zip-tied fender to Zeb’s bolt-on fender.
