Klean Kanteen

Food Boxes

Klean Kanteens Food Boxes come in a 7-oz Snack, 20-oz Lunch, and 34-oz Meal (7-oz only comes as a kit). They’re made with durable 18/8 food-grade stainless steel and electropolished interiors, and food-grade silicone lids. While all three sizes come with leakproof, press-fit lids, the Lunch and Meal lids feature snap-and-lock tabs for extra protection against leaks and spills. They won’t retain or impart flavors nor shatter or rust. They’re BPA Free, dishwasher safe, and feature a flexible corner for easy venting.

I gave the Food Boxes my ‘Best of Show Snow 2020’. Since then, I have used them quite often, the 20-oz is perfect for one sandwich, while the 32-oz fits two, and the 7-oz is great for nuts.

TK Canister

The new TK Canisters feature their Climate Lock double-wall vacuum insulation system, their TK Closure internal thread design for increased thermal performance, and a newly designed bowl-shaped base. The updated lid creates an all-stainless interior, so food never comes into contact with plastic, locks in leakproof storage in just a quick quarter turn, and features an easy-carry swivel loop. The 18/8 food-grade stainless steel and electropolished interiors don’t retain or impart flavors. The lid locks into place with just a quarter turn, and the wide-mouth design makes for easy eating and filling. They’re stackable, BPA Free, and are dishwasher safe. They come in an 8 oz, 16 oz, and 32 oz size, with a brushed finish.

Next year they are adding some fun imprints using the Klean Coat powder coat finish.

Mugs

Not much info on the beta version of some new Mugs that they’ll be releasing next year. Besides the usual Klean Coat powder coat finish, they’ll have some etching.

HidrateSpark_lineup

HidrateSpark

HidrateSpark showed its new TAP, part of its smart water bottle collection, and the first patent-pending Tap To Track Technology. Starting at $19.99, the 24 oz Tritan plastic and 32 oz Tritan plastic ($21.99) provides a lightweight, shatter, and odor resistant construction while their 20 oz stainless steel option ($29.99) is double-wall, vacuum-insulated that keeps drinks cold up to 24 hours and prevents condensation. Choose between their signature leak-proof Chug or Straw lid options. Tap your phone to the bottle to track your daily water intake with their free HidrateSpark App and stay on track with glowing reminders that glow every hour for 12 hours, and repeat your personalized schedule daily. Easily integrate the HidrateSpark App with Apple Health & Apple Watch, Fitbit, and more fitness trackers to get the most out of your hydration tracking.

HidrateSpark released their PRO Steel bottles last year and a new electrolyte/immunity/energy line, WAVE.

Ice Lock

New Ice bag revolutionizes ice chests, keeps Ice chests cold and dry.

Ice Lock is a watertight ice bag with a pour spout. This revolutionary product was born out of the need to keep food in an ice chest cold and dry. According to the inventor, Jud Yaski, his favorite pastime spurred the idea: “I love camping but hate an ice chest full of water. I struggled with food contamination due to meats floating with cheeses, etc., and thought it was a shame to waste what starts out as clean ice due to melting and cross-contamination.”

Yaski, Director of Kool Conceptz, LLC., a Bay Area company specializing in creating innovative consumer products, spent four years developing Ice Lock™, which is made of a BPA-free three-layer composite material that includes nylon to withstand many uses while protecting the bag from punctures from sharp ice. Users simply fill the bag with up to ten pounds of ice from their local store or freeze their favorite drink inside. The bag goes into the ice chest, like a Blue Ice-type ice pack would, but based on its volume, has a far greater cooling power and can be instantly recharged anywhere ice is sold without having to wait on re-freeze time. And because ice is made from drinking water, users have a clean, cold, drinkable beverage that flows out of a handy dispenser when it melts. The flexible packaging simply rolls up for storage when you’re done, eliminating the need to store bulky ice packs.

Some of the benefits include: Reusable, BPA Free, pays for itself in 4 uses, Freezable, stores flat.

HYD-J11 Hydration Jug

I forgot to take some pictures, but they had an innovative water storage system. It consisted of 12L jerry cans with a pour spout that is Nalgene compatible, while the other port has a future-proof connection system with a long internal to extract the water.

HYD-WF Water Faucet

The coolest thing was a self-powered water faucet with a magnetic connector, and it can pull up to does 150-liters of water on a single charge. It will do it 1-liter in 1 minute, and then it shuts off. Pretty nifty!

dometic_drinkware

Drinkware

Earlier in the year, they came out with a new drinkware lineup.

Ice Chests

They also have a range of non-powered ice chests, including the cube-shaped Cool Ice 22 and 33 and the Patrol 20, 35, 55, 75, and 105 coolers.
