Elizabeth Sampey is an ultra-endurance athlete and multi-sport adventurer. She was the first sponsored rider for Revel Bikes and she wasted no time showing what these new bikes could do. When Revel was only one month old, Liz set the fastest known time on the Arizona Trail.
The rugged 800-mile journey across Arizona from the Mexican border to Utah is a true test of rider and bicycle.
“Racing Arizona” follows along as she revisits the trail two years after setting the record. It is an intimate look at Liz as a person and her process for moving quickly and efficiently through the backcountry, for so many days at a time.
