Gravity Flow

Better flow by design. Leveraging the experience of their ex-NASA engineer, they methodically developed the Bivo to achieve an unmatched flow rate without the need to squeeze. The result is a smooth, consistent, and enjoyable drinking experience they know you’ll love.

Clean Taste

It tastes like water, that’s it. From selecting high-quality stainless steel to food-grade silicone to ensuring you can disassemble and clean your bottle easily, they designed their bottle so you never have to experience the taste of plastic or mold again.

bivo_cages

Universal Bike Cage Fit

Cage freedom. They know it is essential for your bottle to stay in the cage over bumps, potholes, and rough roads. Yet, it is also necessary to get your bottle out with ease. They looked at most major bottle cages when they designed their bottle’s shape to fit comfortably and stay put.

bivo_holding

Less Rattle. More Roll.

Get a grip. Whether a long grind through a washboard gravel road or the next hit on your mountain bike, they designed the Bivo silicone exterior coating to keep your bottle in your hand, in your cage, and quiet enough to hear the birds.

Lightweight Insulation (Doubled-walled versions)

12+ hours of chill. Built with the newest lightweight double wall vacuum insulation technology on the market. Why? It’s 25% lighter and uses 25% less material than traditional insulated metal bottles.

Impressions

The Bivo system offers a fantastic flow rate with its Gravity Flow design. There is no need to squeeze the bottle; pour it into your mouth quickly. It’s not like you could squeeze a stainless steel bottle anyway! The stainless steel bottle with its silicone tube and silicone bite valve offers a clean taste, more like no discernable taste. The very small plastic top doesn’t seem to impart any taste.

It comes in silicone-covered anti-slip exterior versions (four fun colors: Black, Lime, Blue, and Violet) and raw stainless steel. The silicone exteriors will get lightly scratched and dinged slightly with time, making them look well-loved. The silicone offered excellent grip and kept the bottles quiet in the water bottle cages.

bivo_open_shut_specs

It is easy to open the bottle for drinking; pull up on the valve. When done, push back down to seal the bottle.

If you tossed some ice cubes into the insulated Trio and Trio Mini (not tested), their double-walled design kept the water cold for a long ride, even in warm conditions. Having a chilled sip while on a ride was highly refreshing.

Their new ‘Dusty the Dirt Cap’ is an excellent addition to any of their bottles, and it keeps dirt and crud from getting on the pour/bite valve.
