The leader in tubeless technology renews its tubeless sealant products with a new, bold visual refresh that introduces metric volumes and packaging made with post-consumer materials.

Stan’s NoTubes introduces renewed packaging on their industry-leading tubeless sealant products with a refreshed look, now measured in metric volumes. While headquartered and produced entirely in an American facility, why would Stan’s decide to make a shift to metric volumes instead of the imperial ounce, pint, and quart sizes we’ve used since day one? The answer is simple–since the humble origins of our founder Stan Koziatek tinkering in the garage, we’ve grown to become the global leader in tubeless sealant. Around the globe and throughout the bicycle component world, the metric system is the standard format of measure. For users who still prefer to reference our product in imperial measures, a conversion of ounces can be found just below the metric quantity.

Original & Race Day Formulas

Our original tubeless sealant formula remained unchanged since its introduction in 2000, initially bottled as Stan’s Tire and Rim Sealant. Since then, we’ve informally referred to this go-to formula as our Original formula when differentiating it from the Race formula introduced in 2016. These bottles now bear the Original title in their product name for easier reference. To better communicate the intention of our Race formula, we’ve updated its name to Race Day.

Introducing a New 250ml Bottle

Introduced primarily to be packaged with boxed bikes of our original equipment partners and later our bagged tubeless kits, this petite bottle will fill up to two 29 x 2.5” tires and as many as four 700x40mm tires. Available now through local shops.

Sustainable Packaging and Production Updates Bottled by the Sun

With the shift to a metric-first product universe, the brand also replaces its large and medium-volume black containers with bottles that contain 30% post-consumer materials, filled with the same trusted formulas produced in Stan’s Big Flats, New York facility powered by its own solar panel array. And, to make recycling our plastic containers easier, we’ve updated our label material to a BOPP film material that peels easily from both the black and low-volume white packages of Stan’s tubeless sealant products to ensure the plastic bottle material remains in the proper waste stream to be further recycled. Distributors and dealers handling Stan’s sealant by the caseload will now find our product packed in FSC-certified cardboard boxes.
