Fluxer Mips and Primer Mips Helmets Highlight New Collection
Sweet Protection, the industry leader in high-performance helmets, goggles, and technical clothing, will feature two new helmets in its Spring/Summer 2024 collection. These will add to the company’s already impressive roster of award-winning helmets for road cyclists, gravel riders, and mountain bikers.
Fluxer MIPS
The Fluxer MIPS is a lightweight, highly ventilated, and extremely comfortable helmet for style-conscious and serious road cyclists. Thanks to multiple large vents, the helmet is very well-ventilated, and the STACC system (Superficial Temporal Arteries Cooling Channel) ensures efficient temperature regulation. The MIPS Air Node safety system is extremely thin, comfortably integrated, lightweight, and only felt when needed.
The low-friction layer is designed to help reduce rotational forces that would otherwise be transmitted to the brain during an impact or a crash. Additionally, perpendicular ribs between the vents provide better impact dissipation. Thanks to the integrated 360 Occigrip fit system, it’s possible to adjust the helmet on the fly. Sweet Protection’s eyewear can easily be stored on the helmet with eyewear grippers. The Fluxer Mips meets and exceeds the CPSC 1203 and EN 1078 standards (double certification) and is available in different colors and sizes: S/M, M/L, and L/XL.
