WTB is excited to announce four new additions to its accessories line: the TCS Rocket Tire Plug Kit & Plug Pack, NanoAir TPU Tubes, and TCS Max-Flow Valves.
TCS Rocket Tire Plug Kit
In collaboration with Bib Creative, WTB is excited to introduce its new TCS Rocket Tire Plug Kit, featuring reusable “Rocket” anchors. These anchors can be preloaded with tire plugs to ensure they’re ready for immediate use upon detecting a puncture with your tubeless set-up.
With two sizes of Rocket anchors available, riders can use 1-4 plugs per repair, accommodating various puncture sizes. Unlike traditional tire plugs that may rip out under high pressure or during aggressive cornering, our reusable Rocket anchors securely hold the plug in place. This dependable solution keeps the puncture sealed until the tire is replaced, at which point the Rocket anchor can be removed and reused with fresh tire plugs. Additionally, the “extra-hand” feature built into the storage cap is there to keep the air in the tire while you prepare your anchor and plug repair.
Rocket Anchors
Reusable Rocket anchors rotate once pushed into the tire and physically prevent the plug from pulling back through the tire as a traditional plug would due to high pressures or heavy cornering. Once an anchor is pushed into the puncture, the plug/ anchor remains fixed in place until it’s removed from the inside of the tire and put back in the Rocket tool for future use. This makes it not only the most dependable plug pack on the market but also the most sustainable and affordable over time. There are four anchors included in each kit, two small and two large.
Rocket Launcher
Before setting out, riders can preload Rockets with 1-4 tire plugs (two for the small anchor and four for the large anchor), depending on anticipated punctures. The Rocket Launcher facilitates easy insertion of plug-loaded anchors into the tire; its length is adjustable for various needs and tread depths. The right number of plugs can be chosen based on local conditions. Once a puncture occurs, the rider quickly uses the tool to insert the selected number of plugs, achieving an instant, air-tight seal.
Internal Storage
The TCS Rocket Tire Plug Kit has internal storage for four anchors (two large and two small, included) and fifteen 1.5mm diameter tire plugs, with press-fit caps for quick and easy access.
Extra Hand
The Extra Hand feature seals punctures temporarily, allowing riders to assess and address the damage without rushing. It also serves as a reamer and aids in removing sticky anchors from the storage tubes, ensuring a smooth repair process.
The Cap
The Rocket Launcher is covered by a slip-fit cap to provide quick and easy access during the fleeting seconds after a puncture occurs. This also fits on the backend of the internal storage for a more comfortable grip while fixing your flat.
Plugs
Each kit comes with (15) 1.5mm diameter plugs. The small anchor holds up to two plugs, and the large anchor holds up to four plugs.
TCS Rocket Tire Plug Refill Pack
The refill kit contains fifteen 1.5mm replacement tire plugs and four anchors (two small and two large) that are optimized for use with the TCS Rocket Tire Plug Pack but will also work with most multitools in a pinch. The small anchor holds up to two plugs and can be pushed into the tire using a 2mm hex. The large anchor holds up to
four plugs and is compatible with either a 2mm or 3mm hex.
NanoAir TPU Tubes

TCS Max-Flow Tubeless Valves
Maximum Air. Insert Compatible.
The TCS Max-Flow Tubeless Valves feature an insert-compatible base, increased bore diameter, an integrated valve core remover, and an ergonomically designed nut that allows riders to properly tighten down the valve without the use of a tool. TCS Max-Flow Tubeless Valves feature a castellated base for multi-directional airflow out the sides, therefore preventing the airflow restriction that can occur with a tire insert being pushed up against a traditional valve opening. The increased bore diameter helps seat tubeless tires and prevent clogging that would typically occur after pouring sealant through the valve.
