Jenny Wins In Brazil
What a weekend! Jenny Rissveds took 1st place at the World Cup XCO season opener in Mairiporã, Brazil. It was her first XCO win since 2019 and the first-ever XCO win for Ibis Cycles Made-in-California Exie USA!
Since joining Ibis, Jenny has won two XCC wins aboard the Exie USA. The former gold medalist and world champion is in great form on the road to Paris 2024.
Teammate Kelsey Urban also notched her career-best finish in 8th place. After facing significant health struggles last year, which required her to take most of the season off, we couldn’t be happier for Kelsey!
The newest member of Team 31, Zoe Cuthbert, has graduated from the U23 category, and this was her first elite World Cup! She put on a great performance in the XCC, which earned her a spot in the big show on Sunday. She learned some valuable lessons that she’ll carry throughout the season.
