The Wahoo team has been busy over the winter months building features that riders can actually use. Features that keep you visible and informed. Integrations that offer control over accessories. And advancements to make it easier to get out and ride.
With the latest firmware update, all Wahoo ELEMNT ROAM V2 and ELEMNT BOLT V2 GPS Computers now offer:
Integrated Workouts
One of the features our customers love is getting Wahoo X workouts on their ELEMNT bike computer. But one size does not fit all. So you can now push your workouts to your ELEMNT computer from your Humango, Nolio, Final Surge, Join, Intervals, icu, and TrainerDay accounts. This is in addition to the much-used TrainingPeaks integration.
ELEMNT Smart Light Control Feature
Users can turn all connected lights on/off using a line item: Bike Lights in the Settings menu. Users can toggle between the proprietary light modes for each light in the sensor details page for that light. Users can set the ELEMNT computer to turn all lights on/off with the ELEMNT in the ELEMNT companion app.
Lights compatible with the ANT+ Bike Lights device profile:
- Bontrager/Trek RT lights
- Garmin Varia lights
ELEMNT Music Control Feature
When the computer detects a podcast, music, or video playing, a Music Control Page is added to the end of the page stack. The ELEMNT will not switch to that page automatically.
You can play/pause the audio track, adjust the volume, and skip/fast forward/rewind.
ELEMNT Dark Mode Feature
A manual on-device toggle for display mode between light [default, and historically only option] and dark modes. This feature is accessible only from the computer, not the ELEMNT companion app.
