Peak Design is introducing Qi2 charging across its mobile accessory line. That means you can now charge your phone much faster than you can with their first-generation chargers. Qi2 is a new standard of wireless charging pioneered by Apple and recently made available to other manufacturers like Peak. They’ve incorporated it into their Car Mount, Vent Mount, Charging Stand, and Ball Adapters. Soon, they’ll bring it to even more mounts (stay tuned).
What’s The Differences Between Qi1 AND Qi2?
- Qi2 certification allows enabled devices to charge at a blazing 15W.
- Qi2 also charges more efficiently and generates less heat.
