Leatt is proud to announce its 2025 MTB range. The collection includes new Trail and Enduro lines for women and feature-packed Gravity jerseys and pants for men—developed alongside Bernard Kerr and the Pivot Factory Racing team. Another standout in the collection is the Ride Kit 1.0, a super affordable jersey-pants combo. It is available for kids (€/USD 89 // GBP 69) and adults (€/USD 99 // GBP 89)—yes, prices are for a set of jersey AND pants.
In keeping with Leatt’s legacy in developing protection gear, the brand is introducing three new kneepads and an all-new, maximum-ventilated protection technology called FlexMesh/Pro. Several upper body protection kits include this lightweight, hard shell construction.
All-New Apparel Lines for WOMEN
TRAIL:
Leatt’s new Women Trail jerseys are constructed from a bluesign® APPROVED fabric called IceYarn Knit, a quick-drying material. The casual T-shirts and long sleeves have subtle Leatt branding, with barely any logos visible apart from the small reflective branding at the back bottom hem (starting from €/USD 65 // GBP 58).
The new Women’s Trail shorts and pants include detachable chamois liners with a lightweight, flexible fit.
The waist and back panels’ stretch ensures that the shorts or pants are comfortable from the first ride (from €/USD 99 // GBP 89).
ENDURO:
Leatt claims to have created the Enduro pants and shorts for women. They combine a flexible and supportive waist construction with a 3-layer waterproof and taped seat liner. The result is full freedom of movement and complete waterproofing, no matter how muddy the saddle gets.
The overall 4-way flex construction has an additional “DeFlextion” reinforcement in the seat area and knee section, making it as comfortable as durable. Storage comes in five zippered pockets, one of which is mesh (from € 109 // USD 99 // GBP 95).
Like the Trail range, the long—and short-sleeve jerseys are made from IceYarn fabric. The prints and colorways are simple and understated, and the finish is soft for sensitive skin. With laser-cut ventilation and an integrated goggle wiper, these jerseys have all the bases covered at a fair price point (from €/USD 65 // GBP 55).
Men’s Apparel
Top-of-the-Line Downhill 5.0 Models
The 5.0 Gravity models result from Leatt’s R&D knowledge plus experience in Pivot Factory Racing. The 5.0 jersey uses state-of-the-art fabric construction technologies—the sleeves are made from a combination of CoWeave and DeFlextion materials. Using a custom-programmed 3D knit, it has seamless transitions from ventilation areas into reinforcement areas. The sleeves have a tight fit, ideal for aerodynamics, while the torso section is looser to maximize freedom of movement.
The 5.0 Gravity pants also feature a CoWeave and DeFlextion seamless construction in the lower leg. The upper leg is made from a flexible, lightweight 4-way stretch fabric, while the seat area is enhanced with a bonded, waterproof liner. Leatt uses a slimline, lightweight, motocross-inspired Hypalon belt construction for a perfect fit around the waist. Due to these advanced production techniques and the chosen high-end fabrics, the pants and jerseys aren’t cheap: Pants are EU/US 189 // GBP 165, Jerseys EU/US 99 // GBP 89.
The Ride Kit 1.0: an Unbeatable Price-to-Performance Ratio
It’s less than 100 bucks for a jersey and pants set! And for kids, it’s less than 90. The Ride Kit 1.0 shares the fit of the high-end 5.0 Gravity kit but uses more “classic” fabrics and seam-stitched construction. The chosen material is still bluesign® APPROVED, flexible, breathable, and fast-drying. Okay, there are fewer zippers and pockets and a simple Moto buckle waist closure, … but there are still some laser-cut vent holes, including Google Viper.
This jersey-pant combo looks and feels way more expensive than it is. The cut and style, featuring minimal branding, also make it great for trail riding. The pants and sleeves come in all black only, and the main body comes in black, grey, brown, or teal. RRP: Adults €/USD 99 // GBP 89, and Kids (starting on a body height of 110cm) €/USD 89 // GBP 69

5.0 3DF EVO Pads
Leatt’s best-selling pads have been around for 8 years now. How can a good product be made even better? Make it lighter, improve fit, and breathability. That’s it.
The latest evolution of the 5.0 features a more ventilated, ergonomic 3DF pad with a slightly lower profile. It is constructed with DeFlextion fabric, keeping it robust, light, and flexible. The main sleeve construction has also been ergonomically improved. The knee pad comes in three versions: a full-sleeve knee pad, a FastFit open-construction knee pad (no need to take the shoes off), and a knee-shin pad combo. Prices starting from € 109 // USD/GBR 99. Elbow pads retail at € 99 // USD/GBR 89.
Improved Ventilation: FlexMesh & FlexMesh Pro
Leatt’s 2025 MTB range offers six new upper body protectors, including Chest and Backs only. The most significant change has been made to the damping material and its construction, with the introduction of FlexMesh (single density) and FlexMesh Pro (dual density) padding, a 3D mesh construction. Traditional damping material is heavy and bulky and has small ventilation holes. Conversely, FlexMesh holes are more significant than the damping material, maximizing ventilation (Leatt claims plus 50%) and bringing the weight down by 11%. Flex joints allow for 3D flexing and a comfortable fit.
The hard shells covering the FlexMesh pads are also fully vented and available in black and white. Prices start at € 189 / USD 179 / GBP 169 for a Chest/Back FlexMesh protector 4.5 Evo and go up to the maximum protective product, the Body Protector 5.5 Evo (FlexMesh Pro at chest and back, plus additional flanks/rips, shoulder, and elbow protection), retailing at € 379 / USD 349 / GBP 329.
