Enduro Keeps You Rolling
Are you tired of bearings that wear out too quickly? Meet Enduro Lifetime Products—your solution for smoother, longer-lasting performance. And the best part? They all come with a Lifetime Warranty.
Most manufacturers avoid bearing warranties after installation, citing issues like frame tolerances, improper installation, or missed maintenance. But Enduro Bearings isn’t like most manufacturers. They back their products with a limited lifetime warranty against corrosion, wear, and manufacturing defects. With proper installation and care (cleaning and re-greasing), these products are built to last.
Enduro Lifetime Products Lineup:
Maxhit Components
Maxhit Components are machined entirely from 440C stainless steel and ‘guaranteed for life.’ Final Maxhit assembly includes proprietary double-lip labyrinth seals and Enduro’s ‘extra high pressure’ grease for headsets or ‘high-performance speed’ grease for bottom brackets to ensure a lifetime of trouble-free, heavy-duty performance.
Combined with deeper grooves, larger balls, and premium materials, Maxhit components deliver unmatched load capacity and lifetime reliability.
MAXhit bottom bracket bearings are designed to thread directly into your bicycle’s bottom bracket shell, eliminating the need for the aluminum cups that are traditionally used to carry the bearings. This unique design frees up space for much larger balls that exceed the load capacity compared to standard BB bearings.
XD15 Bearings
The pinnacle of “Set it and forget it” bicycle bearing technology. These bearings thrive under pressure and even improve with age—grit polishes the races smoother. It’s guaranteed for life, so what do you have to lose? XD15 ceramic-hybrid bearings, an Enduro exclusive, utilize an advanced, nitrogen-infused stainless alloy that will never rust or corrode. They are available for various bottom brackets, wheel hubs, and headset applications.
XD15 ceramic-hybrid bottom bracket, headset, and hub bearings combine silicon nitride grade 3 balls with an advanced, nitrogen-infused, aerospace stainless steel bearing race that will never rust or corrode. The bearing race is so tough that if grit finds its way through our double-lip labyrinth seals to the inside of the bearing, the surfaces will not pit. The grit also polishes the bearing races smoother.
Enduro surrounds these super-smooth, super-fast bearings with our proprietary XD15′ speed’ grease to ensure ultimate longevity and performance. No one else in the bicycle industry offers XD15’s combination of speed and durability for hub, bottom bracket, and jockey wheel bearings. Guaranteed for life, Enduro XD15 are the last bearings you will ever buy until you N+1 your inventory.
Enduro Directline Pulleys
Precision-machined from Teflon-infused 500 AF Delrin—a material known for exceptional durability—paired with XD15 bearings, these pulleys deliver rigid construction for smoother shifts and a life of worry-free performance.
Enduro Directline Pulleys spin on corrosion-proof XD15 ceramic-hybrid bearings for ultimate performance. A lifetime warranty backs the machined Delrin wheels and the stainless steel ceramic-hybrid bearings. Directline pulleys are designed to perform flawlessly in adverse conditions and feature CN (tight clearance) XD15 bearings in the upper pulley to maximize shifting accuracy. A C4 (floating clearance) XD15 bearing in the lower pulley significantly improves chain alignment and drivetrain efficiency.
Precision machined rather than molded from Teflon-infused 500 AF Delrin, Directline pulleys are extraordinarily rigid and significantly reduce friction between the pulley and the chain while offering substantially less drag than aluminum or titanium pulleys. With no holes, Directline pulleys don’t load up with greasy dirt and are easy to clean. The Directline “hubcap” nests securely in recesses as a lousy weather shield, offering an aerodynamic upside.
440C Stainless Steel Bearings
These bearings excel in harsh conditions and are designed for wet weather and demanding applications like headsets. Their stainless steel construction absorbs shocks better than other steels, making them ideal for headset use—especially with today’s integrated cockpits. Who wants to keep pulling their whole bike apart to replace a single bearing?
Testing bearings takes time—it’s a long-term investment in performance, like having children (now that’s funny.) Whether building a test bike or revamping a trusty steed, Enduro Bearings ensures you keep rolling smoothly.
