While the new Fixer helmet is available in carbon and composite versions, the new collection also includes the Strayer 2Vi® Mips helmet, engineered for fearless trail riders, enduro racers, and anyone who refuses to compromise on protection.

FIXER CARBON 2Vi® MIPS

Sweet Protection’s most advanced downhill full-face MTB helmet is designed for downhill racing, slopestyle, and park riding. Engineered with modern riding styles in mind, it offers an optimized field of vision. Built on Sweet Protection’s 2Vi® technology platform, it delivers outstanding impact performance, comfort, and a perfect balance of low weight and volume.

Developed in close collaboration with Johansson, every detail has been meticulously crafted for strength, stiffness, and lightweight performance. At its core, a progressively engineered carbon shell – featuring uni-directional, un-woven fibers – maximizes strength-to-weight ratio while allowing a low-density EPS shock-absorbing structure for enhanced impact absorption. Four impact shields inside the helmet reinforce key areas, and an exclusive 2-layer Mips®-System helps redirect rotational forces to reduce the risk of brain injury.

Designed for both safety and convenience, the helmet includes a ventilated removable lining, quick-release cheek pads for emergencies, and an adjustable visor that breaks free in crashes. Additional features like rubber trim for goggle compatibility and 11 penetration-resistant vents ensure superior airflow and protection, epitomizing Sweet Protection’s relentless drive for innovation and rider safety.

Developed alongside the Fixer model, the Strayer 2Vi® Mips Helmet shares the same geometry, striking the perfect balance between lightweight design, ventilation, and strength – all while introducing an innovative full-circumference in-mold chin guard.

Built on the 2Vi® helmet technology platform, this helmet features an injection-molded ABS/PC chin guard fused into the structure for superior strength without added weight. Its five-shell construction integrates a low-density EPS shock-absorbing structure and a front impact shield for optimized protection. Additionally, an EPP shock-absorbing structure behind the chin guard ensures comprehensive safety. The 2-layer Mips®-System helps mitigate rotational forces to reduce the risk of brain injury.

Designed for comfort and performance, the helmet boasts large air intakes, rear exhaust vents, and a spacious goggle-compatible opening for maximum airflow. Features like the Fidlock magnetic buckle, Occigrip fit system, removable vented lining, and quick-release cheek pads enhance ease of use and safety.
