The GUSTAV PRO brake master fits perfectly into modern cockpits with a 0-degree hose outlet. With a 7 mL oil volume in the expansion reservoir, they have taken every measure to ensure that bleeding is rarely necessary and is even ABS-compatible.
The new PRO brake lever from GUSTAV is based on the HC-W brake lever, developed in collaboration with Loic Bruni, and features an adapted minimum reach setting. It offers a comfortable length to save hand strength and still has a crisp pressure point feel. The Reach Adjust is beautifully integrated into the lever, providing perfect protection.
The heart of the new GUSTAV and home to the huge 19 mm pistons! Forged as a single piece, the brake caliper is exceptionally stiff and provides sufficient support for ample power. Because not everyone feels like spending time in the workshop, a larger air gap between the pad and the rotor makes many tasks easier for you and eliminates annoying dragging.
Even under a full load, the rigid 2.5 mm rotors and the minimal heating of the system ensure vibration-free braking that’s exceptionally smooth.
Because the brake pad is more than just a wear part, they have invested considerable effort in developing the 13.S, which offers larger pad volume. As a perfect all-rounder, it achieves the valuable sweet spot between braking power, stability, and low noise, as well as durability, giving the GUSTAV a particularly quiet, reliable, and yet powerful braking feel within the overall system.
