Contact. Control. Power.

CTRL, ALT, and DEL pedals each feature a uniquely large platform area that maximizes pedal-to-shoe contact. Optimized for how you ride and the shoes you wear, this creates an unprecedented connection with the bike, providing extreme control in challenging terrain and maximum power transfer when it matters most.

Light As A Feather.

Intricate machining and material optimization allowed us to create a lineup of pedals that are lighter than the competition. They also offer significantly more surface area in contact with your shoe than other pedals in each category.

Machined In House.

Wolf Tooth Clipless Pedals are designed, machined, and assembled at our HQ in Minnesota, USA. They feature machined aluminum pedal bodies, bombproof triple bearing and igus bushing setup derived from our best-selling Waveform flat pedals, stainless steel axles, bindings, and hardware.

An open center between the cages means increased mud shedding compared to other SPD-compatible pedals. Like most Wolf Tooth components and accessories, replacement parts and service guides are available via Wolf Tooth’s Right to Repair program.

Stainless Durability

Stronger and corrosion-resistant. The CTRL Trail Clipless Pedals feature stainless steel SPD-compatible binding assemblies and axles. They are so durable that they might outlast your bike.

Crisp, Consistent, Refined

Clipping in and out needs to be simple, quick, and reliable. The CTRL Trail Clipless Pedals feature an SPD-compatible cage that will work with your existing SPD cleats. Wolf Tooth cleats are included in the box for optimized performance.

Maximum Shoe Contact

The large platform area maximizes pedal and shoe contact. With many trail pedals, the only point of contact between the shoe and pedal is the cleat and cage, where it can feel like pedaling on a golf ball. With CTRL Trail Clipless Pedals, the shoe contacts the pedal body to lock in your foot for enhanced performance.

Adjustable Q Factor

The CTRL Trail Clipless Pedals have an adjustable Q factor in 4 mm increments. Inside the pedal is a stainless steel axle, three bearings, and two spacers. Spacers and bearings can be rearranged for Q factors of 51, 55, or 59 mm. This is simple enough for anyone to do at home. A spacer kit including four 2 mm spacers is available for purchase to further fine-tune Q factor adjustment.

Ground Clearance and Mud Shedding

We designed CTRL Clipless Trail Pedals with a thin profile and an open center. A thin profile means a reduced chance of pedal strikes when cornering or riding over rocks and roots. The open center quickly sheds mud that can interfere with clipping in and out to ensure that your clips and unclips are quick and reliable.

Reliable Construction

CTRL Trail Clipless Pedals feature machined components from Wolf Tooth HQ here in Minnesota, USA. The internal components use the same proven design as our popular Waveform Aluminum Pedals, featuring a machined stainless steel axle, three low-friction cartridge bearings, and an igus bushing with a custom radial seal to protect internal components from trail debris. Simply put: these pedals will perform in any/all conditions.
