OtterBox has their trick new waterproof Yampa Dry Duffle Bags, new accessories for the soft-sided Tropper coolers and the Elevation Tumblers get new bright color and accessory lids. LifeProof has released their first ever lineup of backpacks.
OtterBox Yampa Dry Duffle Bags
Whether headed to the lake, forest or beach, OtterBox has built a reputation as a staple on every outdoor excursion. OtterBox introduces Yampa Dry Duffle, the waterproof bag that keeps gear safe from water, drops, sand and dirt. Yampa Dry Duffle bags feature ultra-low density, open-celled foam that protects bag contents during drops and impact while keeping the bag light as a feather.
Although I didn’t get a chance to try them out in the water, they had a set up of a bunch of duffles attached to each other that you could paddle down the South Platte River during the outdoor demo portion of the show.
Other features include:
- TPU-coated nylon material is waterproof and puncture-, UV- and chemical-resistant
- Waterproof zipper and waterproof sealed seams keep gear safe from the elements
- A fold-over harness system easily converts the bag to either a backpack-carry style or duffle-carry

- Backpack straps and back panel feature neoprene pads with open-celled foam for comfortable carrying with added airflow to keep your back cool
- Two interior mesh storage pockets keep gear organized
- Reflective exterior pads make the duffle visible in the dark
The duffles come in three sizes, the Yampa 35 ($249.99-$299.99), the 70 ($299.99-$349.99), and 105 ($349.99-$399.99), three colors and will be available in Summer 2018.
OtterBox Trooper Soft Coolers
OtterBox is adding new accessories to their Trooper soft coolers. You can now customize the Trooper with a Collapsible Storage, Universal Cupholder or the External Pouch which easily attach to the mounting system. All of the new accessories will be available in July 2018.
OtterBox Elevation Tumblers
OtterBox infuses Elevation Tumblers with color and new accessory lids! The ever-popular copper lined, stainless steel tumblers are now powder coated in a myriad of colors! Also, the OtterBox is adding new lids to the Elevation 20 including the Hydration Lid with the high-flow spout.

LifeProof Packs
LifeProof is famous for their excellent rugged and protective smartphone cases, including the WaterProof, DropProof, DirtProof, SnowProof FRĒ and NÜÜD cases, along with the newer non-WaterProof NËXT and SLΛM. Now they’re rewriting their history with a line of backpacks, which include the smallest bag the QUITO at 18-liters, and then comes the SQUAMISH at 20-liters, the GOA at 22-liters and finally the largest of the lineup, the behemoth SQUAMISH XL with 32-liters. They come in three colors, Stealth (black), Urban Coast (grey) and Rush (red) and range in price from $99.99 – $179.99.
