CamelBak, the global leader in award-winning personal hydration products, unveils the new CamelBak filtered by Lifestraw collection, featuring products with integrated filtration that will allow users to enjoy clean and delicious water wherever they go. The collection includes several integrated water bottles, reservoirs, and stand-alone filters to match whatever water filtration needs a person might have. The new collection also features a give-back component: for every CamelBak filtered by LifeStraw product purchased, a child in need receives safe drinking water for an entire year.
“The opportunity to bring a CamelBak and Lifestraw partnership to life, and to develop a collection that combines both brands’ respective expertise in hydration and filtration, is a collaborative innovation we are proud of,” says Greg Williamson, CamelBak president. “At CamelBak, we strive to continuously reinvent outdoor hydration and carry solutions that empower the active lifestyle. This project is that very mission in action and reflects a huge leap forward for the category as a whole. We’re thrilled to be able to see it come to life!”

Additionally, for every CamelBak filtered by LifeStraw product purchased, except for a few accessories, a child in need receives safe drinking water for an entire year thanks to Lifestraw’s Give Back program, which distributes LifeStraw Community purifiers to school children in need. Each large-scale purifier provides approximately 100 students with safe water for five years. The program also provides health and hygiene education and continues follow-up by local staff for a minimum of 5 years.
“We are so happy to see this partnership with Camelbak come to life and to be able to collectively reach even more people with safe drinking water both through these product collaborations and through the expansion of our Give Back Program. We’ve really drawn on both company’s collective strengths through this new line while also coming together on reaching broader humanitarian goals,” says Alison Hill, CEO of LifeStraw.
