Dish Wipes

The problem of not being able to easily clean dirty dishes while at the campsite didn’t seem to have a convenient solution until now. These patented wipes clean cookware easily, making collapsible sinks and their accompanying accessories a thing of the past.

The Clean Camp Dish Wipes are lab proven in removing unwanted food residues and surface contaminants that can carry bacteria.

  • Made with Natural, Simple, & Safe Ingredients: water, citric acid, sodium citrate (naturally derived from citrus fruit), sea salt, and vegetable glycerin.

outpak

Out-Pak

Their meals are portable, nutritious, and, above all, a taste worth making space for in your pack.

Each Tippins Foods Out-Pak contains a freeze-dried main dish, but they’re meal packages, which means they have an assortment of pre-packaged, ready-to-eat snacks and sides alongside the main dishes. For example, our Garlic Mushroom Pasta Pak also includes white bean soup, dried papaya, edamame beans, a protein bar, gummy bears, and a bite of dark chocolate. The end result is enough for a sit-down meal and plenty to eat along the trail throughout the day.

They dip their tubes in beeswax, a natural sealant that keeps the contents safe from the elements. It looks a little messy, but they decided to compromise on the visual impact to cut down on the plastics they use in their packaging.

While their tubes are not the traditional shape of camping meals, you’ll find that each calorie’s space is comparable to their competitors. Leading brands of camping meals typically contain 500 calories per serving, while Out-Paks, containing bonus snacks and drink mixes, contain around 1500 calories per serving.

Deuter – The Cabezon Collection

The deuter Cabezon Series is deuter’s first premium bikepacking assortment designed for explorers who want a sophisticated, waterproof, and lightweight bikepacking setup with easy handling and reliable riding.

The Cabezon Series comes in four unique pieces, including the Cabezon Handlebar Bag 14 ($130), Cabezon Saddle Bag 16 ($140), Cabezon Frame Bag 4 ($105), and the Cabezon Frame Bag 6 ($115). Each pack is waterproof with hardwearing material, taped and welded seams, and TPU-coated zippers to keep the rain out and gear dry. The two-piece construction of the handlebar and saddle bag allows for easy loading and unloading. When taking a break, riders can leave the harness attached to the bike while detaching the dry bag to access gear. Designed with durable fabric straps to prevent frame scratches, the entire system allows tool-free mounting for easy attachment. The setup has spacers that make it customizable for various bike frame designs. The Cabezon Series is perfectly engineered for all-weather, with exceptional performance in wet and dry conditions.

ITACATE_FOODS

Itacate Foods

Itacate Foods is a brand of Latin backpacking food with a mission to increase DEI in the outdoors. They are currently offering Mexican backpacking food.

Itacate (i.t̪aˈka.t̪e) in Nahuatl means “food for the journey.” It is the food you take on the road and the plate you’re given to go when leaving a gathering. Enjoy these Itacates wherever your adventures may take you. Buen Provecho!

They have three meals: Campsite Lentejas, Charge-up Chilaquiles, and Sunset Caldo.

  • Their sopa de lentejas is a deliciously hearty backpacking lentil soup with a tomato and cilantro base that takes no time to rehydrate. They eat this when they crave healthy and satisfying backpacking food, and this meal sure delivers ¡Buen provecho!
  • Chilaquiles Verdes is a traditional Mexican breakfast of tortilla chips smothered in spicy tomatillo salsa and beans, topped with egg and panela cheese. These are anytime chilaquiles!
  • Caldo Tlalpeño is a classic central Mexican soup consisting of a complex spicy chipotle-based broth topped with rice, garbanzo, chayote squash, and a squeeze of lime.

I tried some food samples at the show, and they were yummy.

pesacavore

Pescavore

Pescavore makes Ahi Tuna Jerky Strips. They start with the highest quality, responsibly-caught tuna to make their handcrafted jerky. They use premium marinades and whole cuts, then apply the age-old tradition of natural wood smoking. Their small batch process maintains flavor, texture, protein, and nutrients, with less residual salt and sugar than traditional jerky.

Packaged in a convenient, single-serving size with no refrigeration required until after opening, Pescavore is the perfect healthy and delicious snack for that on-the-go

At Pescavore, they keep it simple, sustainable, and local.

It comes in three flavors:

Caribbean Jerk – Their love of Caribbean Jerk came from the Blue Mountains of Jamaica on the road between Kingston and Buff Bay. This authentic recipe is mild by jerk standards but has a robust, smoky, savory flavor matched perfectly to fish.

Island Teriyaki – This teriyaki recipe blends pineapple and ginger with gluten-free soy sauce for the perfect base. They keep it light and not too sweet. Yokwe! Bula! Aloha! Say hello to this delicious island treat.

Smokey Poke – Their all-natural, no CO or color added, ahi tuna infused with roasted sesame oil and scallions, then smoked to perfection. No refrigeration is required for this delicious snack; take your Smoky Poke with you wherever the fun goes!
