Northwave has equipped Corsair 2 with Damp Evo, the clipless sole with increased flexibility to ensure comfort on long rides and easy walking even on the roughest terrain. With natural rubber tread, the Damp Evo sole offers excellent grip on the pedals to optimize bike control in all conditions and ample space for cleats in clipless use.

The internal EVA midsole ensures optimal shock absorption, and the upper is made of Ripstop, a highly abrasion-resistant and breathable mesh material. TPU inserts on the toe and heel protect the shoe and foot from scratches, bumps, and knocks.

Northwave’s X-Dial SLW3 system allows for micrometric and ultra-fast closure. The mechanism is compact, lightweight, easy to replace, and super-intuitive: Turn the dial closure to tighten the shoe quickly and precisely, and use the top lever for micrometric adjustments, even while pedaling.
